About Trevira

Inherently flame retardant fabrics remain flame retardant for the life of the product. The flame retardant properties cannot be removed by washing, wear or ageing. Textiles made from materials such as Trevira CS last longer, have good light fastness, low shrinkage and are easy care.

When washed, Trevira needs low wash temperatures, shorter wash cycles and quick drying times

Research into the causes of fire proves that unsuitable fabrics can help fire to spread.
The flame retardant qualities of Trevira HTL are permanently sealed in the molecules, so that the flame protection is not affected by washing, use or ageing. Trevira HTL CS fabrics are the most successful in safety terms worldwide.

In France, textiles must pass test NF P 92501, the " Brûleur électrique", one of the most stringent burning tests in the world.
